Privacy Policy

The short version

PopTide is a casual puzzle game by SudoAI. It does not require an account and does not upload your local game saves to a SudoAI server.

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, which is what keeps it free. Ad SDKs may process some device data, described below.

Data stored on your device

The app stores game progress, local best scores, daily challenge state, language preference, sound settings, and ad frequency counters on your device, to operate game features. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you delete the app.

Advertising and consent

PopTide uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and consent collection where required. Google SDKs may collect or receive device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, diagnostic data, and approximate location inferred from network information, where applicable.

On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only when you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can manage tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Google may process data under its own policies — see the Google Privacy Policy and “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services”.

Data sharing

PopTide does not sell personal information. Data handled by advertising SDKs may be shared with Google and Google's advertising partners to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.

Children's privacy

PopTide is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us and we will delete it.

Support requests

If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device model, screenshots, or issue details. We use support messages only to respond to your request and improve the game.

Your choices

You can disable tracking permission for PopTide in iOS Settings, manage ad personalization through Google's controls where available, and delete all local game data by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of PopTide adds online features such as cloud leaderboards, this policy will be updated first and the change will be noted here.
